The Cosmic Egg Sterling Silver and Nacozari Turquoise

Made entirely by hand in Sterling silver and featuring a cut of Nacozari Turquoise. This piece is inspired by beliefs of various ancient societies that the universe began from a single event. The egg, the beginning of life, represents this event. The snake is included in this symbolism believed to be because snakes have the ability to procreate without a mate.

The pendant measures 1 3/4" long and is 1/2" at the widest point. It comes on a Sterling silver rolo chain that closes with a hand crafted hook clasp.
